1. Who we are

This site is run by Kann Krystian Ziemann, Szlachecka 3, 83-304 Młynek, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5892075090, trading as Modinout (“we”). We are the controller of your personal data.

2. What we collect

• Your email address, when you save Rasko a seat. We store it together with the date and the part of the site you signed up from.
• Technical data, such as your IP address, collected by our hosting provider when it serves the site, for security and to keep the site running.

This site sets no cookies and uses no analytics or tracking tools.

3. Why, and on what basis

• To send you one email when the first batch of Rasko is ready, based on your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You give it by ticking the box and saving a seat.
• To establish, pursue or defend legal claims if we ever need to, based on our legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).

4. How long we keep it

We keep your email until you withdraw your consent or ask us to remove it. After the launch we keep it no longer than we need it for the purpose you gave it to us, and then we delete it.

5. Who else handles it

Only trusted providers that help us run the site, and only as far as needed:

• Google (Google Ireland Ltd and Google LLC). Your email is saved in a Google Sheets spreadsheet through Google Apps Script. Google processes it on our behalf.
• Cloudflare (Cloudflare, Inc.), which hosts and serves the site.

Some of this may happen outside the European Economic Area, for example in the USA. These providers use the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses and are certified under the EU‑U.S. Data Privacy Framework.

We don’t sell your data. Rasko wouldn’t let us.

6. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form. You can withdraw your consent at any time. This doesn’t affect anything we did before you withdrew it. Just write to [email protected].

You can also complain to the Polish data protection authority: Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych (PUODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00‑193 Warszawa, Poland.

7. Is it required?

Giving us your email is voluntary, but without it we can’t tell you when Rasko is ready. We don’t make automated decisions about you and we don’t profile you.

8. Changes

We may update this policy, for example when we add a new tool. The current version is always on this page, with the date at the top.
