1. About this site

This site is run by Kann Krystian Ziemann, Szlachecka 3, 83-304 Młynek, Poland, tax ID (NIP) 5892075090, trading as Modinout (“we”). You can reach us at [email protected].

2. What Rasko is

Rasko is a small device for your car’s dashboard. He isn’t on sale yet. For now this site only shows him and lets you save him a seat on the waiting list. It isn’t a shop, and you can’t buy anything here.

3. The waiting list

• Saving a seat means giving us your email. It’s free and voluntary.
• By saving a seat you agree to get one email from us when the first batch of Rasko is ready.
• You need to be 18 or older and use your own email address.
• You can leave the list at any time, for free, by writing to [email protected] or using the link in our email.

4. Price and dates

Any price, batch size or date on this site (for example “around €70 to €80”) is an estimate. It isn’t an offer or a binding promise. The actual terms will come with the email when sales open.

5. Using the site

Please don’t use the site in unlawful ways, don’t sign up other people without their permission, and don’t try to break it. The texts, images, videos and code on this site are protected and can’t be copied without our permission, except where the law allows it.

6. Complaints

If something on the site doesn’t work, write to [email protected]. We’ll answer within 14 days.

7. Personal data

How we handle your data is described in our privacy policy.

8. Final provisions

• We may change these terms for good reasons, such as new features or legal requirements. The current version is always on this page.
• Polish law applies. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live.
• These terms apply from 26 September 2026.
